Oribe Shampoo and Conditioner Dupe

If you've ever have had the luxury of trying  Oribe Shampoo and/or Conditioner for Beautiful Color, you know what a treat this is for your hair.

I got highlights back in April 2014, and I have only gone back to the salon once to get it tinted.  Oribe Shampoo and/or Conditioner for Beautiful Color doesn't leave you hair brassy or dried out from highlights or coloring. It's a well balanced moisturizer that helps to keep your hair healthy.

Using Oribe is such a luxurious experience, the scent is just beautiful, I feel like I'm bathing in a shower made out of bamboo in the middle of a rainforest. This product is definitely on the pricer side,    but it does last long since you don't need much for a rich lather. However, there are those days when I don't want to use up my precious Oribe, especially when I know my hair is going to end up in a bun all week rather than my usual Kate Middleton hairstyle, so I use the alternative L'Oreal Ever Pure Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner.

The L'Oreal Ever Pure Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner has the drugstore price, but high-end salon results. What I love about this product is that it's sulfate free and it's gentle for colored hair. The scent is rosemary leaving my hair feeling fresh and clean, it does have a strong lather, so a little definitely goes a long way. I find this brand to be a great alternative especially when you don't want to splurge or use up your higher-end products for days when you know the hair is gonna have to be in a bun after a hot-yoga session.

    1. Thanks Erica for reading! I'm so happy to have found a dupe because Oribe can be a bit pricey for ordinary hair days :)

    1. I agree Shannon, L'oreal gives you the luxurious treatment at such great price. But I simply can't get enough of Oribe, especially their scent!
